Dessert variation sweet and sour, crunchy and fruity

 

Put three large spoons of yoghurt in a dessert bowl, add some sea buckthorn juice from dm, sweeten with a spoonful of apricot jam, sprinkle some brittle on top and give some real ground bourbone vanilla on top.


This gets you high.


Then garnish with an apple slice that you cut into the edge of the bowl by pinning it on.


The dessert tastes sweet and sour and is crunchy and fruity at the same time. Refreshing and awakening rich in vitamins. The vanilla makes you a little high.
