Dear friends of TheBedtimestory.online and the art of Ralf Christoph Kaiser, Today I would like to pass on a new recipe of mine to you. It's about a pumpkin soup with curry and crunchy.

This type of pumpkin soup fills you up and tastes very intense and interesting. In addition, this recipe brings a comforting feeling and also makes you a bit high because of the oregano and curry, ginger…

Here is the recipe for cooking:

Recipe pumpkin soup curry and crunchy

Halve the Hokkaido pumpkin and remove the seeds from the inside with a spoon. Then cut the peel into small pieces and put them in a saucepan with water. Then boil it up briefly to 12 and then turn it down to 4-6.
Add the other ingredients to the pot while it is boiling.

Cut an apple into pieces and add without the core but with the peel.

Add some olive oil

salt and cane sugar and pepper

Then add curry and garam masala

Season to taste with some sweet grain mustard and balsamic vinegar

Then add crushed grain and flaxseed instead of potatoes

Some dried flowers
And fresh herbs to taste

In my soup there is some rosemary and some parsley chopped up

Also dried oregano

Two small leaves of fresh sage, chopped

And some chopped ginger

Sweeten to taste with agave syrup and refine with cream and apricot jam

Let the whole thing simmer for about 25 minutes on a low flame with the lid on

Then add a little more salt and pepper later if necessary

And just before serving, add some additional grist to keep it crunchy.

Then fill the plate and garnish the soup with some yoghurt in the middle and plum jam and two small sage leaves

Then decorate the edge of the plate with date syrup

And then serve hot with a large spoon

I recommend a sweet wine and a little subdued table lighting

I'll get its
